Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association
I was tasked with redesigning the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association’s website to enhance its digital presence and user experience. I began by studying site analytics and creating user flows to simplify the existing navigation. Based on these insights, I developed a design system in Figma, incorporating the current branding while suggesting improvements for accessibility and consistency. I wireframed the homepage and key pages outlined in the user flows, then built the proposed navigation in Figma. Using the design system, I created interactive prototypes based on the wireframes. I then handed off fully developed prototypes for the new navigation and key pages, ensuring a smooth implementation process for the team.
Quad
At Quad, I was tasked with addressing the visual inconsistencies across the company’s internal and external applications. I researched industry best practices and assessed a wide range of Quad applications at various stages of development to identify key areas of inconsistency. In parallel with designing Quad’s newest application, which consolidates their top-performing external applications, I collaborated with multiple product teams to define challenges and create solutions. I developed a user-friendly design system that standardized key elements like navigation, page layouts, and high-level design principles. Working closely with developers, we created an easy-to-implement global design system that provided a foundation for consistency and alignment across both new and existing applications, with plans for the package to evolve over time.

For Jockey’s 2018 holiday gift guide, I was tasked with refining the design to create a more user-friendly and high-performing experience, building on the success of the 2017 holiday guide I created. Throughout the year, I A/B tested various layouts and features for seasonal guides to identify the most effective design for boosting user engagement and sales. The final design prioritized ease of shopping, featuring a simple layout and tabs to filter options, which proved highly successful. This functionality performed so well that it continues to be used on Jockey’s site today, long after my time there.
